Well Fit offers a wide range of fitness classes for all ages and abilities, both online and in person. Whether you're interested in Aquafit, Pilates, Yoga, Dance or Zumba, we've got you covered. Zumba

​This absolute staple for a positive upbeat cardio session takes inspiration from Latino music and uses high energy moves to have your body working out in a fun, party-like atmosphere. Zumba is a fun way to get fitness levels up!

Strong / HIIT

Strong is a cardio and full body toning workout combining high intensity interval training (HIIT) with synced motivational music. With flavours of martial arts the routines will strengthen and tone your body including a great cardio workout. The class is suitable for most abilities and ages. It is not for the faint hearted!

Pilates For Menostrength
6 Week Course

Pilates is so valuable during the menopause and this course will help you learn how to protect your heart's health, bone density, and improve your balance, posture and control.
